Recruitment Fraud Alert

Last updated: 28 August 2024

We have become aware that certain individuals and organizations are contacting people with fake job offers claiming to be from Plaxonic. These are scams, designed to steal personal or financial information, or money, from job seekers. We take this seriously, and we want to help you protect yourself.

Please do not share your personal or financial details with anyone you find suspicious. Plaxonic never asks job seekers for money at any stage of recruitment. If someone requests payment and claims to represent Plaxonic, please disregard them.

If you receive a suspicious email, please forward it to us at contact@plaxonic.com, along with the original subject line and header details, so we can look into it. Never send your CV or personal documents to email addresses you are unsure about.

How to Recognize a Genuine Plaxonic Communication

To help you tell a legitimate approach from a fraudulent one, please keep the following in mind:

  • Plaxonic only contacts candidates from a verifiable @plaxonic.com email address. We do not use personal email accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail for recruitment.
  • Our initial contact is typically by phone from our offices.
  • Neither Plaxonic nor its representatives ever ask for payment of any kind, including for accommodation, visa fees, travel expenses, taxes, or processing charges.
  • We never ask you to email copies of your credit or debit card, passport, driving licence, or other personal identification documents.
  • Our only official website is www.plaxonic.com.

How to Apply Safely

If you would like to work with us, please apply only through the careers section of our official website, www.plaxonic.com/careers. This is the only channel through which we share genuine job opportunities, and applying here keeps you protected from fraudulent approaches.

Reporting Fraud
