Interview Process
From the first conversation to the final interview, you will take something away from applying to Plaxonic. Whether or not you get the role, we give every candidate honest, useful feedback for what comes next, because your time deserves that.
Our interviews and case studies are less about testing you and more about understanding how you think and how you would approach the real problems our clients face. And they work both ways. We are getting to know you, and you are getting to know us, because the right hire is only right if Plaxonic is the right place for you too.

First Interaction
The first conversation revolves around knowing each other. This allows us to tell you about Plaxonic, its vision, its successes, and how we are inventing and innovating constantly. We are more than eager to hear about you as well which includes (but is not limited to) your goals, areas of interest, and something about the role you have applied for.
First Interview
The first interview will feature questions about the role and your core competencies. We will be eager to hear from you your inspiration for this role, previous experience in a similar position, and other abilities that might relate you to us. This interview will also enable you to ask questions about Plaxonic, your interpretation of our vision and more.
Technical / Case-Based Interview
This is where we get to see if you are fit for the role. This round will require you to go through a situation / case study / technical problem according to your domain. More than finding the eventual solution, we will be keen to see your approach in tackling the issue at hand.
Final Interview
If you have made it so far, we would be curious to know if we strike that chord! We will analyse if your long-term goals and our vision as a company overlap towards continuous innovation. We will also derive questions from our previous interactions and the floor will be open for you to have any final queries.
Getting the Offer / Welcoming to the Company
Congratulations! We will get down to business and discuss the details of your contract and when you begin to invent and innovate for us. You will be welcomed and introduced to the team across all the verticals, and also familiarised with the office and its staff. We will make sure you feel at home!
